We need 1,503 signed & verified candidate petitions from the residents of Palm Beach County Commission District 5. With 1,635 petitions we save a steep $8,000 filing fee.
Your signature does not imply an endorsement of my candidacy. Instead, it only helps me qualify to run. Your support in this manner will save my campaign $8,000. I would appreciate your help.

INSTRUCTIONS: How to Get and Submit Candidate Petitions
We have made it easy for you to take part. Here are different ways to get and submit candidate petitions. I kindly request your help in signing a candidate petition for me.
Option 1: Download, Print, and Mail to:
- Visit our campaign website at JohnForDistrict5.com and click on the “How Can I Help?” section. Inside the #1 Petitions (big red box), click the “Download a Candidate Petition” button

- Download and print the petition.
- Fill out all the highlighted yellow areas of the petition, print legibly, providing accurate and complete information.
- Be sure to add your signature and date the document.
- Mail the petition to the address provided below.

Option 3: Drop Off at Campaign Headquarters
- Prepare your completed legibly filled-out candidate petition.

- Visit our Campaign Headquarters during regular business hours (9-5).
- Hand-deliver your petition to our staff, who will provide any further assistance, if needed.
